Anne Rubin has enjoyed a fine reputation in the real estate industry since 1988. Prior to entering the business, her background was in kitchen and bathroom design and sales.

In 1988 Anne began her career with the Landmark Realty Company. In the ensuing years, Anne has enjoyed continual growth and success with the company, which is now known as Century 21 Advantage Gold.

Named top listing agent with the company since 1992, Anne has been successful in the sales, as well as, the marketing of real estate. Anne has been awarded the prestigious Centurion Award by Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. This is their highest award given and it is based on production. In 2004, Anne was inducted into the Centurion Honor Society. The Honor Society is reserved for those Century 21 agents who have received a minimum of five Centurion awards and have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

In 1991 Anne earned the Graduate Realtors Institute designation. In addition, that year, Anne obtained her PA Broker’s License. Earning her Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1993, she is now among only 3% of all Realtors who have the right to be called a CRS.

When Century 21 Lublin-Beck opened its fifth office in Elkins Park in 1997, Anne was asked to become a partner. Under Anne’s management the office has won the Quality Service Award every year. In January 2000, the office merged into the largest regional Century 21 Company, serving 5 counties surrounding Philadelphia and an office in NJ.

She has been on the Board of Directors of GPAR and the Chair of the Legislative and RPAC Committees. In addition she served as President for two years. Through her efforts the committees have been actively involved with the elected officials in introducing legislation that affects the real estate community. Anne is also active in the Montgomery Association of Realtors and currently serves on the board of the Suburban Realtors Alliance.

In 2001, Anne became a licensed real estate instructor and although she had been training within her own company for many years, she was now able to train agents throughout the state. In addition to developing courses, Anne has furthered her training and speaking opportunities and has been approved to teach continuing education in 4 states. She has presented at national and local conferences and travels to other state associations to present and teach. And to top off her career, Anne was appointed by Governor Wolf to the PA State Real Estate Commission  in May 2017.

Of all her achievements, Anne is proudest of her family. Anne has been happily married since 1985 to Harvey, who has retired from teaching at The Philadelphia High School for Girls. They have four children and two grandchildren.
